Quentic
Before joining the music industry, I spent almost two years as Senior Marketing Manager at Quentic, a Berlin-based SaaS company providing software solutions for occupational safety, environmental management, and health protection.
What began as a deep dive into content strategy and digital communication soon became something more: an eye-opening experience about how psychological health, leadership, and company culture are deeply interconnected.
Bridging Compliance and Culture
At Quentic, I was responsible for leading the content strategy and brand channels, building an international Content Hub and developing cross-media formats: from whitepapers and webinars to reports and events.
Our mission was to make complex topics such as occupational safety, environmental protection, and corporate responsibility tangible and relevant for professionals and decision-makers across Europe.
During that time, I worked closely with experts in occupational health and safety, gaining a deep understanding of how companies manage risks, legal obligations, and health-related responsibilities, including one of the most complex and overlooked areas: the assessment of psychological strain in the workplace (§5 ArbSchG).
This experience shaped my perspective profoundly. I learned that compliance and wellbeing don’t have to be opposites. They can be aligned and mutually reinforcing when companies start seeing mental health not just as a duty, but as a strategic advantage.
Mental Health as a Strategic Driver
Through my work, I realised how many organisations still treat mental health as a side topic (”something for HR or internal comms”) when in fact it affects every aspect of performance, retention, and reputation.
When leaders create psychological safety, they don’t just prevent burnout. They unlock creativity, focus, and trust. When teams feel supported, productivity increases. And so does brand credibility.
At Quentic, this connection between health, communication, and business outcomes became increasingly clear. My role gave me the opportunity to translate complex EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) regulations into strategic storytelling: campaigns that not only informed but also inspired action.
From Corporate Insights to Consulting Purpose
These experiences now flow directly into my work as a Marketing & Mental Health Consultant. I help companies move from reactive health management to proactive cultural transformation, turning legal obligations into strategic opportunities.
My focus lies on helping organisations build structures and communication strategies that foster wellbeing, clarity, and performance. Because sustainable growth starts with people who feel seen, safe, and supported.
Looking Ahead
From corporate risk management to creative industries, one truth remains: healthy minds build stronger brands. And whether it’s a global company or an independent artist collective, mental health isn’t just a personal topic. It’s a business one.
